Adaptive Authentication Implementation Consultant
- Works on unusually complex problems and provides solutions, which are highly innovative.
- Learns new technologies and integrates Adaptive Auth deployments with existing customer applications.
- Determines requirements and functional specifications for entire system, under only consultative direction.
- Designs, creates, and implements full RSA Adaptive Auth solutions based on customer requirements and network configuration.
- Tests, validates, and suggests optimizations for best performance of customer solution.
- Actively seeks customer input, may take responsibility for customer situations, (internal and external customers).
- Uses independent judgment to accomplish goals and objectives.
- Acts as primary consultant on critical projects that impact long term organizational goals and objectives.
Primary Skills
- Understanding and experience with app servers and Java servlet is a MUST.
- Must be able to understand customer business requirements and environment.
- Knowledge of Web Services required and must be able to guide clients through various workflows of WS.
- Tomcat, WebSphere and server administration skills required; JBOSS and WebLogic is a plus.
- Familiarity with basic scripting or programming is a plus.
- Able to troubleshoot technical problems and understand log files.
- Must feel comfortable on different platforms, such as Windows Servers and Unix/Linux.
- The ability to lead, motivate and direct a workgroup.
- Self-motivated and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Communication, Mentoring, and Presentation skills.

Archer Implementation Consultant
- Architect and deploy the Archer SmartSuite Framework to customers.
- Develop and manage applications using the Archer SmartSuite Framework
- Problem solving, coding and scripting, workflow design utilizing the Archer SmartSuite Framework software will be required.
- Produce detailed documentation of all products developed and will be involved in the support of the Archer applications utilized in production.

- Experience developing web applications using ASP.NET, DHTML, JavaScript and SQL Server 2005/2008
- Experience in analysis, design, development, testing and documentation of enterprise web applications
- Preferred experience with ASP.NET, AJAX, Web Services and XML (SOAP, XSLT), Java, ColdFusion, C#
- MCTS Certification (ASP.NET) is a plus
