Sales Development Representative

Job Description:

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will have the exciting opportunity to drive lead generation and revenue growth for Datashield, an ADT Company.  In this role, you will be working with the business development team to drive new sales opportunities. The SDR will have a background in proven lead generation techniques and solution selling methods.

Expectations:

  • Hunter role within mid-market and enterprise accounts.
  • Make 70+ outbound calls per day
  • Utilize automated systems to send out 140+ emails per day
  • Convey the Datashield MDR value proposition to prospective clients
  • Develop new and innovative tactics for lead generation
  • Generate new qualified meetings for the sales team with Director levels and above
  • Perform all other duties and projects as assigned

Desired Background / Skillset:

  • BA/BS Degree in Business, or a related program, or equivalent experience
  • Cybersecurity background preferred
  • Top performer in a B2B lead generation or sales role
  • Solution selling experience
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Positive attitude and works well with others
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced growth environment with potential for upward mobility
